Digital Marketing Assistant
The Role
The Digital Marketing Assistant will be working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, the Business Development team and external agencies to deliver and improve Cashroom marketing campaigns. The role will involve working on website, PPC, SEO, email, and social, as well as assisting with the onsite content strategy.

Job Description:
- Assist with managing the company social media channels, including LinkedIn and Twitter. Co-ordinating all the assets required, from briefing to the design team to sharing with agencies
- Work with marketing team to develop longer term social media campaigns
- Support analysis of reach and engagement data to develop recommendations for ongoing improvement in marketing strategy, including use of Google Ads, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools
- Managing with support the full funnel ad plan and building social ads
- Create content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company site, and encourages audience participation
- Work with all marketing content for SEO improvement
- Email marketing, support with content, coordinate and build newsletters/blogs if required
- Assist marketing management with large projects, events, and internal marketing management
- Assist in the proposal of marketing strategies and social media campaigns
- Other projects when needed
General Tasks Include:
- Working with internal and external & marketing teams to provide content for online campaigns & promotions
- Producing daily / weekly / monthly reports for the team working closely with Digital Marketing Manager
- Keeping the digital marketing planner up to date working closely with Digital Marketing Manager
- Monthly digital marketing reporting working closely with Digital Marketing Manager
- Analysis of performance marketing campaign working closely with Digital Marketing Manager
- Periodic website testing through varying devices to ensure all pages, content and user journeys are functioning correctly
- Ensuring invoices are sent to the finance team in a timely manner
- Implement SEO content recommendation working closely with Digital Marketing Manager
- Responsible proof-reading ad copy for landing pages.
- Any other duties as may reasonably be expected.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Knowledge and understanding of using WordPress
- Knowledge and understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO)
- Google Analytics experience preferred.
- Have a visual and aesthetic awareness.
- Excellent communication skills, especially written.
- Pro-active and hands on approach.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills
- Problem-solving and creative-thinking skills
- Proven time management and prioritisation abilities
- Knowledge of analytics software
- Industry knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure
