Sales Executive

The Role

The Cashroom Sales Executive is a B2B sales role and is primarily responsible for lead/sales development in both new clients, existing clients and new business opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

A competitive salary will be offered, based on experience.

Promotional prospects excellent; progression can be into senior sales roles

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect meetings via phone and email to educate customers and uncover business opportunities
  • Developing and implementing sales strategy
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and qualify decision-makers who require Cashroom services
  • Call on event leads (trade shows, webinars, etc.) or targeted accounts to uncover business opportunities
  • Articulate to customers the business and technical benefits of Cashroom services generally and our client portal in particular
  • Interpret customer requirements, and proactively act to identify solutions that meet customer needs
  • Set Discovery Meeting appointments for strategic partnerships
  • Proactive engagement with strategic partners to fuel incremental growth of existing contracts
  • Regular communication of latest software release functions to keep customers updated on how to best utilize the portal, and send appropriate communications that will interest customers
  • Ensure that the customer receives and acknowledges delivery of support
  • Work closely with SEs and Services to ensure customers are receiving support and training
Key Attributes:
  • Technically adept to be able to independently seek out and qualify customers for product fit and applicability
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Extremely well organized and able to manage multiple open customer engagements
  • Effective at selling the value of Cashroom service contracts, training, and consulting services
  • Effective at probing for upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Business acumen to be able to discuss the business impacts and benefits of Cashroom products and services
  • Goal oriented with a strong sense of urgency
  • Passion for Customer Satisfaction
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Products
  • LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Outreach, phone experience is desirable
  • Adheres to the Standards of Business Conduct
  • Team player and partners well with immediate sales team and other internal resources.
